Channels on both sides of the foil allow air to be extracted completely. The three-layered film with a thickness of 110 μm reliably prevents moisture and oxygen from entering and makes the bags suitable for sous-vide cooking (< 100 ºC), for microwaves (< 100 ºC), for boiling water (< 4 hours) and for storage in the freezer without the risk of freezer burn (> -20 ºC).
