Why Dehydrate?

How to Dehydrate

Simply slice your chosen food and arrange it on one of the four height-adjustable trays, then use the simple-to-use control panel to select the right temperature setting for whatever you’re dehydrating and set the timer.

Gentle heat from the base flows evenly over, under and around your food, slowly drying it out without cooking it and leaving all the nutrients and flavour intact, so none of the ‘good stuff’ is lost.
