The maximum output air extraction is 250m3/h with an operating noise level of 56dB. Statesman have a 40W LED light, for clear visibility of the cooking area, and an aluminium grease filter has also been included to trap food odours.

Use the simple push button controls to select from the 3 speed settings that best suit your cooking needs for your specific ingredient. You can benefit from reduced extractor noise using the lower speed for less steam, or benefit from increased power with the faster speed to catch lots of smoke that often occurs when cooking meats.
