Step 1.

Chop your ingredients into 2 cm pieces. Add to the soup maker along with pre-prepared stock or water, taking care not to exceed the maximum fill mark.

Step 2.

Stir to ensure that all of the ingredients are evenly mixed and replace the lid.

Step 3.

Select the purée or chunky programme by pressing the mode button until the desired function is lit. Press the on/off button to activate the soup cycle.

Step 4.

After 20-30 minutes the soup maker will beep to indicate that your soup is ready. Simply remove the lid and serve.
