Interactive iFit® training program

 

Use the integrated tablet holder (tablet not included) to connect the NordicTrack T10.0 to favourite shows, music and movies while you work out. iFit® technology's interactive training program offers further motivation to keep you going. The iFit® training program is available via an iFit® subscription (sold separately). When training on a custom Google Maps route, iFit will automatically adjust your incline to simulate the natural terrain.

 

 

Responsive 1-Touch™ monitor controls

 

An easy-to-read 7" backlit monitor clearly displays information such as total calories burned and workout progress. Ideal for interval training, the screen features responsive 1-Touch™ controls allowing you, at the touch of a button, to quickly adjust the pace up to 22 km/h or elevation from a 0 to 12% incline to target muscle groups.

 

 

Heart rate monitoring

 

Work out at your peak by targeting your heart rate zone with the CardioGrip™ heart rate monitor. Sensors are built into both handlebars for a fast, accurate reading.

 

 

Adjustable FlexSelect cushioning comfort

 

For a more solid, stable, road-like running experience, the dampeners can be switched off with one half turn, affecting the cushioning isolators on either side of the treadmill. Adjustments can also be made to deliver double cushioning to reduce the impact on your knees and ankles.

 

 

DurX™ 3.0 continuous horsepower motor

 

Smoothly driven by a commercial-grade DurX™ 3.0 continuous horsepower motor that cools internal components to ensure quietness.

 

 

Built-in music port, speakers and cooling fan

 

A music port and pair of 2-inch speakers allow you to plug any audio source into the console sound system and soundtrack your run with your favourite music, while a built-in fan keeps you cool and comfortable as it automatically adjusts its speed to match your pace.

 

 

SpaceSaver® technology

 

Innovative SpaceSaver® technology with EasyLift™ Assist telescoping shock facilitates folding up the deck up to take up less space when not in use.
