Shredding and Grating Accessory Pack (5KSMEMVSC)

Enables easy, fast slicing and shredding

Provides ideal slicing and shredding performance for both large and small diameter fruits and vegetables – from cucumbers to carrots.

Perfect for shredding hard cheese, chocolate, nuts and more. Made out of stainless steel. Dishwasher-safe.

For extra fine grating of harder ingredients, such as hard cheese. Shred carrots quickly and efficiently for carrot cake and cabbage for slaw. Made out of stainless steel. Dishwasher-safe.

Potato grating blade

Additional drums for Fresh Prep Slicer and Shredder

Three quick-change blades designed to work with the fresh prep slicer and shredder (5KSMVSA).

Step 1 of 4 : Turn speed to 0

Be sure speed-control is still on “0” and mixer is unplugged. Make sure the motor head is down completely.

Step 2 of 4 : Remove locking ring

Remove the locking ring by twisting it clockwise and pulling it off.

Step 3 of 4 : Select drum

Remove the drum from the drum housing and insert the chosen drum in the housing.

Step 4 of 4 : Place locking ring

Place locking ring on the Rotor Slicer/Shredder body, twisting it counter clockwise to secure. Pull on the drum assembly to make sure it is locked in place.
