You can also chose when to vacuum seal for further freshness, with 4 automatic settings, on closure of lid, every 12 hours, every 24 hours, or every 48 hours. The Delonghi Coffee Canister has a capacity of 1.2l / 500g of Coffee Beans or 800g of ground coffee which should allow storage for a decent amount of coffee, even for the complete coffee addict! As the inner container is removeable and it is dishwasher safe, this storage solution couldn't be made easier!
